Today has been good, although I am finding I’m struggling to get all my juices in. Today I had my usual anti-inflammatory concoction upon waking, followed by Crazy for Cranberries for breakfast. I had breakfast late (enjoyed a lovely lazy Sunday morning), so had a late lunch of Memorial Day Mint (minus the rum!). This was a delicious green juice and a good choice after struggling with them for the past couple of days. For dinner I had a small bowl of Cauliflower ‘rice’ as mentioned in my previous post and managed to squeeze in a Purple Passion for dessert.
I haven’t got around to taking my before photos yet and feel that they won’t be a true reflection of day 1 now as I feel smaller already )here’s hoping). Instead here are a few pics of me pre-juicing (apologies for the crossed out face, I don’t fee ready to show my face yet). I shall take week 1 photos on Tuesday morning and post them along with week 1 measurements.
Today I have also noticed that my skin is glowing. It’s very soft and smooth, especially on my face.
